Nuno Duarte, our head instructor, has over 30 years of working with firearms. He has worked along side law enforcement supplying optics and equipment. Competed in many firearms sports including long distance shooting, pistol, and quickdraw. Volunteered and worked with AHEIA in various charity events and summer camps. Along with teaching the PAL and Restricted PAL he is also certified to teach The Alberta Hunters Education course and Canadian Pleasure Craft Licence course. Most recently Nuno was one of the Range Officers for the Days of Yore event held at Heritage Park.

Upcoming Events
Our regular public classes are taught at Bass Pro Outpost, located in Deerfoot City (formerly Cabels's)
Our Classes start at 9:00am and the class is 8 hours, followed by a practical and written exam the same day.
Non-Restricted - $175.00
Restricted- $175.00
(includes Textbook)
We require a $75.00 (non-refundable) Deposit to hold your spot in the class. This deposit is credited towards the total cost of the Course.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive all paperwork to apply for the Non-Restricted or Restricted PAL through the Canadian RCMP.
We also offer private classes min.5, max 12 people at a location of your choosing.
